No. Guests scan your QR code or open your event link in their browser. They do not need to install an app or create a myPOV account.
Guest photos, videos, written wishes and any package-enabled contributions flow into your event experience. You can revisit and download them from your myPOV dashboard during your Memory Access Period.
Yes. You can download your memories during your valid Memory Access Period. We recommend saving anything you want to keep before that access period ends.
Your event uses a unique link or QR code that you choose how to share. Because links and QR codes can be forwarded, treat them as shareable access methods rather than passwords. Where available, you can add a gallery PIN for extra protection.
No. Digital Invitations and Digital Guestbooks are separate products. You can use either one on its own, or use both for a connected invitation and memory-collection experience.
Motion is a self-serve animated invitation built from an available Motion design. Premium is a custom invitation prepared with myPOV design involvement and the customisation described at the time of purchase.
Premium invitations include up to 3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Reasonable edits to the existing design are included; a new concept, extra page or request outside the original brief may be treated as a separately priced add-on.
Digital Photobooth and Digital Audiobook are included with paid Guestbook packages where shown. Digital Boomerang Booth is reserved for the Premium Guestbook.
Guests can scan your event QR code or open the share link you send them. They enter their name and continue directly to the guest experience.
Most setup details can be updated before your event. Some information may become locked once a paid design, publication or production step has begun.
Paid products unlock after the required payment approval and any activation step shown in your dashboard. Your latest status is always available from your myPOV account.
Check your dashboard first, then your Spam or Junk folder. If the approval or access details still are not available, contact myPOV support so we can verify the status.
Yes, subject to the limits of the selected Guestbook package. The current package details shown in myPOV are the source of truth for contribution limits.
The Memory Access Period depends on your Guestbook package. Your dashboard shows the applicable access period, and you should download anything you want to keep before it ends.
Direct browser sharing depends on the device and browser. If Instagram is not offered directly, save the file to your device first and upload it from your gallery.
